Buyer found for burnt-out lodge

Camden Lodge owner Ronney Oueik says he's found a mystery buyer for the damaged federation home - as soon as Strathfield Council determines his application to demolish the house.

 

The owner of burnt-out Camden Lodge says he has found a buyer for the damaged five-bedroom federation home.

Ronney Oueik says he's "just had enough" after the $2.5 million house was extensively damaged by a mystery fire in January.

The owner, who is also the Mayor of Auburn, has submitted a development application to Strathfield Council to demolish the house in Burlington Road, Homebush.
